Dennis M. Mullen

As Chairman and CEO of Empire State Development (ESD), as well as Commissioner of the New York State Department of Economic Development, Dennis M. Mullen works to promote economic development practices that attract businesses and create jobs throughout New York State and to advance important long-term development projects. Previously, Mr. Mullen served as president and CEO of Greater Rochester Enterprise (GRE) and as chairman, president and CEO of Birds Eye Foods.
