Joan Yim

Joan Yim has over 30 years of professional experience advising clients on navigating bureaucracies at the federal, state and local levels of government. A member of the American Institute of Certified Planners, she holds a Global Logistics Specialist designation from California State University, Long Beach Center for International Trade and Transportation. From 1993 to 1997 Joan was President Clinton’s Deputy Administrator at the US Department of Transportation’s Maritime Administration.
