Michael Klein

Michael A. Klein is an executive vice president at CB Richard Ellis, joining the firm following its merger with Insignia/ESG. Throughout his career, Mr. Klein has applied his unusually broad experience in real estate brokerage and development, commercial mortgage underwriting, and law to the benefit of his clients. His strategic, consultative background assists clients in understanding how real estate issues directly affect their profit and loss statements. Mr. Klein has personally been involved in more than six million square feet of real estate transactions, and is currently representing many of the largest institutional owners and Fortune 500 companies across the country.
