Kevin Kelly is senior vice president with CBRE’s Food Facilities Group. His team is dedicated to the specialized real estate needs of industrial food and beverage companies. Kevin and his partners offer real estate expertise specific to the food processing/manufacturing and food distribution sectors. For occupiers of industrial food facilities, they provide acquisition, disposition, leasing and sale-leaseback advisory services for clients across North America and beyond. Kevin has worked with many of the largest global food companies as well as numerous mid-cap and smaller food companies. He is a graduate of the University of Iowa where he studied Economics.
