Scott Ashley is a senior workplace strategist for Vocon, an architectural and design firm with offices in Cleveland and New York. Using his 15 years of experience he helps clients create workplace environments that embody organizational culture, promote knowledge share, and meet the varying needs of their multi-generational employees.
